Wine analysis: 12.5 % ABV, 3.8 g/l residual sugar, 5.5 g /l acidity

Very elegant and delicate fruit aromas reminiscent of fresh pear, apple, and pineapple with notes of white blossom and lemon balm in the background. Softly spicy with light peppery notes joining in on the palate, which continue to linger on the finish.

5 years maturation in large acacia cask on the fine lees. Aromas of stone fruit give a vibrant youthful impression. Gorgeous, juicy, and mouth filling with a mellifluous texture. Loess over granulite.

Ripe, intense notes of pineapple, grapefruit, passion fruit and mango. Powerful and simultaneously supple. Exotic spicy notes reminiscent of ginger and curry join in on the distinctly mineral palate. Perfectly integrated acidity highlights the fruit. Very complex. Tremendous ageing potential. Planted in 1990.

Pinot Blanc. Fragrant bouquet of wild meadow blossoms accompanied by intense fruit reminiscent of peach and fresh pineapple. The initial playful aromas are then joined by distinct spice and lifted with beautifully integrated acidity. Nicely concentrated and complex. Planted in 1990.

Medium ruby-garnet. Spice plum compote and caramel on the nose. Dry on the palate with juicy fruit and nicely balanced acidity elegantly integrated in the full body. Ripe cherry lingers on the finish. Planted 1988.

Ruby-garnet. Dark berry aromas, ivy, and cassis on the nose Beautiful, mouth-filling fruit, delicate tannin structure, dry. Tremendous aging potential. The final harvest from these vines – a very worthy finale.
